The original project was the port basin and open-air steel structure project of Qingdao Qiyao Wacheran Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Linshan Marine Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., located in the shipbuilding and repair base of Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone. The building area is over 9,000 square meters, with a maximum span of 42 meters, a column height of 31 meters, steel pipe lattice columns, a single column weight of 42 tons, a single largest box-type crane beam weighing over 70 tons, a workshop overhead crane of 350 tons, and a main steel structure usage of over 1,500 tons.
